Know Before You Book

• Children 6 and younger are not allowed. Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• At least 16 people are required for the afternoon tour to take place. The morning tour recommended.

• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.

• Boat transfer is high-speed, however, Cloud 9 reserves the right to use an alternative vessel if necessary.

• Cloud 9 does not accept cash onboard or at check-in counter but accepts all major credit cards.

• Check-in begins 1hour 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
