Just your average engineer who loves to share adventure travel

By day, Tom is a remote software engineer- but beyond the screen, he’s all about pushing boundaries and chasing bold experiences. A brief study abroad in Switzerland during his time at Virginia Tech sparked his love for seeking adventure out in the world- a spark that’s only grown since.

Now he balances life beyond engineering by organizing and leading some of our adventure trips around the world, driven to help other step outside of their comfort zones and really take in these new experiences. Tom loves to encourage others to share in his natural curiosity for the world and embrace every new journey that it offers.

When he’s not guiding, you can find him in Charleston, SC seeking out new activities and creating new memories with his friends and his dog, Rocky.

Tiera grew up traveling around the US being in a military family primarily spending her time at the beach or camping at lakes in Arizona - she always says "the water has my heart". Tiera moved to central Oregon as an adult for the outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest is known for. She tries to spend her summers on the water and the winters in the mountains with her two children. Tiera's goal is to have her children experience all of the beauty and wonder that traveling and nature has to offer!
